Each guitar is made by hand and for each client. This means that, generally, we DO NOT have guitars in stock, so each customer who wants to buy one of our guitars must place a firm order.

The manufacturing process will start after the order confirmation and the payment of a deposit; may vary between 12/14 weeks depending on the model and finish selected by the client.

Each customer must pay the amount of  300 € deposit that can be paid by bank transfer or Paypal (see bank charges)

The cost of transport and customs fees ( shipments to Not European Countries) are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the guitar, therefore, whenever the instrument has to be sent, this costs must be included or taken into account.

Once the manufacturing process is finished, the client can pick up his instrument in our workshop (without additional cost) or we will proceed to send his instrument to the address indicated.

The transport company, the transit time as well as the price of the same will vary depending on the country of destination.

The price of transport will always include ALL RISK Insurance and it will be the client’s responsibility to inform Geronimo Mateos Guitars of any incident, damage or breakage that may have occurred during transport within a maximum period of 24 hours from the delivery of the package. Any damage suffered by the instrument during transport and not reported in the period mentioned above will NOT be covered by the insurance company.

Due to the new regulation on flora and fauna, all guitars made with Indian Rosewood (Dalbergia Latifolia) or Bubinga (Guibourtia Deneusei) and exported outside the European Union must be accompanied by a CITIES certificate.

This certificate will have an additional cost of € 40

-Wire transfer:

For countries of the European Union, there is no cost.

The payment of the deposit or the final payment of the instrument from non-member countries of the European Union will have an additional cost that will be specified in the purchase invoice.

The expense associated with the payment through Paypal may vary depending on the country linked to the Paypal account, so it will be duly specified during the purchase process once the client has created his account and accessed it to make the payment of the instrument.

All of our instruments are covered against MANUFACTURING DEFECTS for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.

Any damage suffered by the instrument beyond 24 months and, depending on the care / maintenance that the instrument has had, it can benefit from a commercial guarantee after studying the state of the instrument
